My first thought on hearing the title was how delightfully hokey. I mean they could have called it something like "Trample Not the Mind Ninja" but there is something very refreshing about a title that just says what the book is about. I agree with Ali, the book is useless unless you are willing to read it with an open mind and take the time to do the exercises and put it into practice. I know a lot of people are very proud of their cynicism and perceived realism, which is great if it's working for you, but if it's not, maybe it's time to try something different?
