@Hunter

I'm not sure if you could trust my recommendation cos' I thought Secrets of The Millionaire Mind was pretty good, though not the best. :D

Cheers~

@ Mark, I've heard a few people recommend that book. It just moved up a little higher on my "to read" list!

Yes, I'd think it's a must to take your passions, strengths and life purpose into account. Not should, but a must. At least that's what my own life experience tells me.

And it applies to not just online businesses, but offline businesses as well. I'd suggest the wondering entrepreneur to read Michael Gerber's The E-Myth Revisited. You'd understand better why you should take your passion and life purpose into account after reading it.

Cheers~

@ Bamboo Forest, I think there are other ways, but the people who succeed in those other ways have to pay a steep price for it. For most of us, there is no other way.

An online business should take your passions, strengths and life purpose into account - that is if you want to succeed.

Creating a business that you're passionate about, means that your product or service will be the best it can be. With all the competition out there, is there really any other way?
