There seems to be a wide range in how people experience the soul shift, and at this time, I don't have a clear answer to it, nor to the question about the sense of me continuing. My understanding is that the body can house only one soul at any given time. So the former soul get out when the new soul comes in. However, the first soul can get stuck to the body, unable to move on to cross over properly, which is a very uncomfortable situation for the new soul as well. In fact, when I do reading / clearing for post Ascension soul shift clients, sending off the first soul is one of the major part. There seems to be a wide range in how people experience the soul shift, and at this time, I don’t have a clear answer to it, nor to the question about the sense of me continuing.

What we're talking about here is definitely unconventional, but it's interesting that it fits in with Vajrayana Buddhism to some extent. @ Annie, I don't really have a problem with my mind not being aware of my soul. It wasn't what I would have expected, but I can accept it. However, if the soul is separate, then it seems like death really is the end of us, at least as far as it matters to the mind and body. Akemi said the continuity might come from the higher self, who is the mastermind spitting out the souls.
