Akemi still has sugar on occasion, but she&#039;s broken the emotional addiction and can enjoy it without feeling guilty.</description>

		<description>Thankfully, I have curbed my sugar cravings for the most part!  I don’t eat any type of sugars now (except for fruit) for health reasons.  Using so-called &quot;moderation&quot; as an excuse to allow myself a treat is a slippery slope! I wish I would have found that book five years ago.
