I'm seeing BWABers everywhere these days! @ Urban Panther, I think a mix is called for. Some blogs I just have to comment on, regardless of any traffic considerations. But I try to make an effort to branch out as well. @ Stacey, first you want to think about who you'd like to guest post for. Not all bloggers accept guest posts, and some prefer that you run your idea by them before writing the post. It also helps if they know who you are, that is, if you're a regular commenter. Be sure that the post you write is a good fit for their blog, not just a good fit for yours. And definitely respond to comments.
