The good news is that it's pretty simple to get all these pages indexed. All you have to do is let the search engines know about the page yourself. To do this you need to set up a webpage outside of your main site, such as a free blog or a Twitter.com profile. Make sure that the search engines are indexing this page, of course, and then every time you get a new link to your main site, write about it in your blog or Twitter profile!

@ Barbara, I guess we can't ever know enough about anything, can we? I suppose technically I am going to review my own ebook when I write a post announcing it. The review will be favorable. :)

@ Fauzan, thanks for the tip. Naomi mentions some sites like that one, and every link certainly helps.

@ Hayden, sorry, I forgot that not all my readers were around back then! In April I took a trip to Japan, and while I wrote a couple of posts about it, I said I would write an ebook to give the full story. At last, I'm almost done!

@ Marelisa, interesting that you call it the sequel to "Memoirs of a Geisha." Wait until you see the title I picked!

@ Catherine, I think Naomi's ebook at $39 is a much better deal than some ebooks I've seen at $10. The quality varies dramatically from one ebook to the next, much more so than the price. My ebook will be ready very soon, and you'll be among the first to know!

@ Vered, you mean you didn't specifically optimize for "mommyblogger wannabe?" You're #1 in Google for that keyword. :) My ebook won't give you much information about the Japanese economy, but it'll give you culture up the wazoo!

@ Annie, I thought I recognized you from that boat!

@ Shilpan, I know that Naomi wants everyone who buys anything from her to feel like they got a good deal. She backs everything with her personal guarantee, which is so refreshing these days.

@ Evelyn, I spent almost all of my time there in Kyoto and Tokyo, and I describe some specific places to visit...or not visit, depending on your point of view! Within those cities though, I didn't really feel the need to visit any specific places, as I was interested in anything and everything. I hope you make it out to Japan at some point, but Austria would also make for a good trip! As for the U.S., well, I'm kind of used to it, so it's not much of a trip for me. :)

@ rld, that's a very good life goal to have. My ebook is coming very soon, so hang in there just a bit longer!

If your book is about Japan and where to visit, I'd be looking forward to it. I'm planning a vacation there sometime in the near future - it's a toss between U.S., Austria or Japan!

Anything else, I'd be interested to read it too! Your writings crack me up sometimes and you offer a refreshing and honest perspective!!!

Hunter -

Naomi is cool. She won't sell anything that's worth less than the money. I can say that as I know her. I know enough about SEO but If I need a book, I wouldn't hesitate to buy her book.

So glad you reviewed this book so that I could discover Naomi! Her site cracks me up and I totally dig her style (we sailed on the same drunken-sailor boat, I'm pretty sure I remember her...)
